Terms and Conditions

The Therapeutic Training Center, Inc. (referred to as "TTCI" below) requires you to agree to the following terms and conditions before placing your order:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a class through TTCI’s website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by TTCI: If TTCI cancels a class for any reason, participants may choose between a refund or credit. Refunds will be issued within 14 days.
  • No-Show & Cancellation on or After Class Start: If a participant does not attend or cancels after the first day, TTCI retains 100% of the class fee.
  • Cancellation Within 21 Days of Class: A $50 administrative fee applies, with the remaining balance refunded within 14 days.
  • Cancellation More Than 21 Days Before Class: Participants may choose a transfer, credit, or full refund.

Any participant expenses related to travel, accommodations, or other costs are their sole responsibility.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Participants arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be admitted. Class details are provided in descriptions and reminder emails sent 5-7 days before class. If late, call or text (206-853-6875).

4. Masking Policy

Each instructor sets their own masking policy. The class description will state the requirements. Refunds will not be provided for disagreements with the masking policy.

5. Liability Waiver

TTCI is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. Participants are responsible for their own professional liability insurance.

6. Changes and Cancellations by Us

TTCI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be offered a refund or credit.
